What's included
01. Pre-visit consultation
A video call before you travel to understand your plans, budget, timing and how you'll use the home. We use it to shape your itinerary and to shortlist the areas and property types worth seeing.
02. Your personal itinerary
A day-by-day plan sent before you arrive: areas to see, viewings, plots, meetings and time to take in the resort. Everything is planned around your brief, not a standard tour.
03. Airport transfers
We arrange your transfers from Kittilä Airport and your transport between viewings throughout the visit, so you can concentrate on what you're seeing.
04. A tour of Levi's areas
Levi centre, the ski areas, the lakes and the quieter villages, with an honest view of each: access, lifts, services, rental demand and the plans shaping the resort.
05. Viewings of homes and plots
We coordinate viewings with the local estate agents who market the properties, so you can see a selection of homes and building plots that fit your brief in one visit. The agents show their listings; we're there to advise you independently, with a Viewing & Consultation at each property.
06. Written summary and next steps
Before you leave, we talk through what you've seen. Within a few working days you receive a written summary covering the areas and property types that fit your plans, likely running costs, financing and ownership options (personal or through a Finnish company), how the buying process and offers work in Finland, and the specialists worth speaking to.
One fixed fee
€1,500 including VAT, for 2–3 days.
Includes the pre-visit consultation, itinerary, airport transfers, transport during the visit, guided area tour, coordinated viewings and written summary.
Not included: flights and accommodation. We're glad to recommend places to stay.
Credit: the full fee is credited against Full Buyer Advice if you engage us within 60 days, whether or not you go on to buy.
