Our guest services are run by Lapland Concierge, our in-house concierge for visitors to Levi, part of Uniikki Ventures Oy. It gives your guests a stay that no standard rental agency offers:

The Perfect Arrival Day: met at Kittilä Airport, straight into a reindeer farm, aurora evening, afternoon skiing or a home-cooked welcome dinner, from €450
Grocery delivery: the kitchen stocked and unpacked before they arrive, groceries at receipt cost
Photography: a fireside family shoot (€245) or a holiday film of their week (from €595)

Can someone check my cabin in Levi during winter?
Yes. Our winter care plan includes regular checks of heating, water, roof snow load and ventilation, with photo reports in English. If something needs attention, we act the same day and arrange trusted tradespeople, with your approval above an agreed limit.
Can you meet contractors or insurers at my property?
Yes. We meet contractors, surveyors and insurance assessors at your Levi home, brief them in Finnish, check the work and report back in English. It saves international owners a trip, and avoids misunderstandings with local trades.
Can my guests book activities and transfers through you?
Yes. We arrange airport transfers, private chefs, safaris and aurora evenings with trusted Levi partners. Guests pay for their extras, and we coordinate timings so everything fits around their stay.
Do I need your rental management to use home care?
No. Home care plans work on their own, for owners who don't let their home or who use another rental agency. Many owners start with a winter care plan, then add other services later.
