Direct booking websites for Levi holiday homes
Your home's own name, story and website. It's built by our sister studio, Booked Wild, and managed by us in Levi. Guests book with you directly, come back year after year, and platform fees go down.
On a platform, your home is one listing among thousands
Guests find a price and a photo grid, book, and forget which home they stayed in. The next winter they search again from scratch, and the platform takes its fee again.
The platform owns the guest relationship. You can't build a list or invite guests back.
Your home competes on price. It sits next to standard apartments that can't match what yours offers.
Fees add up. Platform fees are typically around 15% of each booking.
Keep more of every booking
On a platform, fees usually take around 15% of the booking value. A direct booking typically costs about 1.5% in card fees. Over a season, returning guests who book direct make a real difference to what your home earns.
Illustrative, based on our observations in Levi. Fees vary by platform, booking and payment method.

For homes with something to say
A direct booking website works best for homes guests remember: a log cabin by a lake, a fell view, a sauna with a story, an interior you've put real thought into. If your home is a standard apartment, we'll tell you honestly whether a website is worth it.
It's available to owners whose homes we manage.

Can my Levi holiday home have its own booking website?
Yes. Holiday homes managed by Uniikki Ventures Oy in Levi can have their own branded booking website, built by our sister studio Booked Wild. Each site has its own name, photography, secure payment and live availability, synced with Airbnb and Booking.com.
Who builds the websites?
Booked Wild (bookedwild.com), a digital studio for independent holiday homes and experiences. It's a separate company under the same ownership as Uniikki Ventures Oy. Booked Wild builds and hosts the website, and we manage the bookings, guests and home.
Will I lose bookings if I rely less on Airbnb and Booking.com?
No, because the platforms stay switched on. They keep bringing in new guests, while your website and returning-guest list gradually take a bigger share of your bookings.
How do guests pay on a direct booking website?
By card, through a secure payment provider, with instant confirmation. The money goes to the owner's account, less card fees.
Can guests add extras when they book?
Yes. Guests can add transfers, groceries, a private chef and activities through Lapland Concierge, either when they book or before they arrive.
Who owns the website and guest list?
You do. The domain is registered in your name, and the returning-guest list belongs to your home. Guest data is collected in line with GDPR.
