She focuses on making sure holiday cabins and apartments in Levi are well prepared, clearly communicated and thoughtfully managed — from guest support and service consistency to practical operational details that help each stay run smoothly.
Livia supports accommodation owners not only with day-to-day guest experience and operations, but also with responsible tourism practices, practical improvements that are realistic for holiday accommodation businesses.

Sustainability Consultancy, Assessment & Impartiality
Livia Harrison offers sustainability consultancy services for accommodation-related sustainability schemes and responsible tourism practices. This includes helping accommodation businesses understand scheme criteria, identify gaps, prepare evidence, improve everyday sustainability practices and strengthen the accuracy of their sustainability claims.
Livia can also act as a third-party assessor/auditor for selected sustainability schemes. Where a formal or third-party assessment is required, this work is treated separately from consultancy support and carried out against the defined criteria of the selected schemes with auditing documented evidence.
Livia’s relevant background includes:
- MSc Geography (urban development and sustainability)
- MSc Environmental Assessment and Management (environmental assessment, environmental management and auditing systems)
- Previous BREEAM and Ska RICS Assessor qualifications
- Leading successfully certified projects under BREEAM and Ska RICS
- Sustainability assessment work and scheme-specific training where applicable
