Livia brings together hands-on experience in hospitality, guest operations, property coordination and sustainability.

She focuses on making sure holiday cabins and apartments in Levi are well prepared, clearly communicated and thoughtfully managed — from guest support and service consistency to practical operational details that help each stay run smoothly.

Livia supports accommodation owners not only with day-to-day guest experience and operations, but also with responsible tourism practices, practical improvements that are realistic for holiday accommodation businesses.

Sustainability Consultancy

Livia Harrison provides sustainability consultancy services relating to accommodation and tourism sustainability schemes, as well as responsible and sustainable practices in other business sectors. This includes helping businesses understand scheme criteria, identify gaps, prepare evidence, improve everyday sustainability practices and ensure that their sustainability claims are accurate and properly supported.

Auditing

Livia can also act as an independent third-party auditor for selected sustainability schemes. Where a formal third-party assessment is required, the audit is conducted separately from consultancy services and in accordance with the defined criteria and procedures of the relevant scheme*. Audit conclusions are based on the systematic and objective evaluation of documented evidence and other verifiable information. 

Livia’s competence and independence as an independent third-party auditor follows the framework set out in ISO 19011:2026, Guidelines for auditing management systems.

Livia’s relevant qualifications and experience include:

  • MSc in Geography, specialising in urban development and sustainability.
  • MSc in Environmental Assessment and Management, including environmental assessment, environmental management systems and auditing based on ISO 14001 and BS 8555.
  • Former BREEAM Assessor and Ska Rating Assessor qualifications.
  • Experience leading projects that successfully achieved BREEAM and Ska Rating certification.
  • Independent third-party sustainability auditing for Kauas.

*For third-party assessment and audit work, impartiality and potential conflicts of interest are reviewed before each assignment. Any consultancy support previously provided by Uniikki, or any commercial, ownership, management, personal or other relevant relationship with the organisation being assessed, is declared and evaluated. Where such a relationship could compromise, or reasonably be perceived to compromise, objectivity and impartiality, Uniikki will not undertake the assignment as an independent third-party assessment.

Uniikki is not an accredited certification body and does not claim accreditation under ISO/IEC 17065. Audit and assessment services are provided on an independent contractual basis. For each relevant assignment, auditor competence and impartiality are documented, and the audit approach is aligned with the guidance provided in ISO 19011:2026, Guidelines for auditing management systems.
